Ingredients

*StarKist Tuna Creations Zesty Lemon Pepper, 5 oz
Kraft Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Salad Dressing, 3 tbsp
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 0.25 cup
Old Bay Seasoning, 2 tsp
Pepper, white, 1 tsp
Parsley, dried, 3 tbsp
Scallions, raw, 2 mediium (4-1/8" long), finely chopped
Milk, nonfat, 0.25 cup
Flour, white, 0.062 cup
Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except for the last two listed, in a large bowl. Sprinkle a sheet of wax paper with the flour. With moist hands, shape the tuna into 4 patties. Lightly coat in flour. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 30 minutes. Using a nonstick skillet, heat the butter to melting. Cook the tuna patties at medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
