    2 lb Ground Beef, cooked and drained
    1 can Diced Tomatoes, rinsed and drained
    1 can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
    4 tbsp (more if disired) Taco Sauce
    4 tbsp (more is desired) Salsa
    Lettuc of your choice
    Cumin (to taste)


Prepare ground beef in skillet on med heat. Drain. Return beef to skillet, add beans and tomatoes, stir. (Mixture will be dry until sauce and salsa are added.) Stir in Sauce and Salsa. Add Cumin. Serve over lettuce. Makes 8 3/4 cups.

Top with sour cream and shredded cheese if desired. (Nutritional information not included)
