Introduction

I just made this chili today so that my husband and I would have something for the entire week. I put 20 servings, with every serving being 1 cup. If you like your chili a little thicker, I would suggest omitting the can of chili ready tomatoes and draining the black beans. Enjoy! Ingredients

    2 lbs ground turkey
    2 TBLS olive oil
    2 large cans Hunts diced tomatoes
    1 can chili ready tomatoes
    1 can black beans
    2 TBLS chili powder
    3 tsps minced or chopped garlic
    2 TBLS Cumin seeds
    1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
    1 medium onion, red or yellow, diced
    2 tsp. of worcestershire Sauce
    Salt and pepper, to taste


Directions

Heat olive oil, add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent. Add ground turkey and brown. While turkey is browning, open all cans and pour into large pot.
Once turkey is brown, drain off excess fat. Pour turkey into pot with tomatoes and beans.
Lastly, add spices, jalapeno, and worcestershire sauce.
Simmer on low heat for 30-45 minutes, stirring ofter so that chili doesn't stick.
Can be served with brown rice, sour cream, and cheese.
