    4 cups SR flour
    1/2 cup shortening
    1-1/4 cup 2% milk


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease cookie sheet. Sift flour. Add shortening. Cut shortening into flour until it looks like small crumbs (I use my hands for this). Add 1 cup of milk. Mix until flour is moist. If needed, add remaining milk. Knead dough lightly (careful not to make it tough). Seperate into 22 balls of dough. (About the size of a golf ball.) LIghtly smash with backs of fingers. Bake until lightly browned.
