Ingredients

    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Pinto Beans
    2 tsp Olive Oil
    1 can Tomatoes
    2 stalks Celery
    1 Cup of chopped tri-colored Bell Peppers
    1/2 Onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Cup Frozen White Corn
    2 TBLS Chili Powder



Directions

Saute onion, garlic, peppers, and celery in Olive oil. Add canned beans, tomatoes, chili powder. In meantime cook ground beef, drain fat. Add ground beef and frozen corn in soup. Season to taste. Serves eight.
