Introduction

Tastes like the high fat version but with less fat and fewer calories! Tastes like the high fat version but with less fat and fewer calories!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Tilapia filets (or any fish filet)
    1 bag (any flavor: buttery, garlic, etc.) Dried Mashed Potato mix
    2 Tbsp. Imitation Butter
    or 10 sprays Butter flavored cooking spray

Directions

Makes 4 servings

Completely coat fish filet with dried potato.

Heat non-stick skillet until hot.

Remove from heat and spray skillet with 5 sprays of Pam or Kroger brand butter spray
Or with 1 Tbsp. diet margarine.

Return skillet to medium heat and add filets.

Fry until golden brown on one side.

Add remaining butter spray or diet margarine and fry remaining side of filet until brown.

Serve with slice of lemon. (Optional)
