Ingredients

    1/2 Whole wheat Pita bread
    2 slices turkey
    1Tbsp. shreaded cheese
    1 green onion cut up
    3 slices cucumber
    1 small tomato sliced
    1 tbsp Low fat poppy seed dressing
    2 Red leaf lettuce

Directions

Cut the pita bread in half. Fill you pita with your turkey, cheese and veggies pour the dressing on it.
