    2 whole chicken breasts, skin and bones removed
    2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
    2 cups cheese crackers crushed


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Rinse and pat dry chicken. Cut chicken lengthwise into 2-3 pieces depending on size of breast.

Place crackers into 1 gallon plastic zipper bag, remove air from bag. Gently crush crackers with rolling pin or glass measuring cup. Open bag and roll down edge.

Coat chicken with mayo, best to use your hands! Place chicken, one piece at a time, in the bag, close and shake until chicken is coated. If there are places that were missed, while chicken is still in the bag, press it into the cracker pieces. Place chicken on a baking sheet or dish. Repeat until all chicken is coated.

Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken is done.
