    1 lb Cooked BLSL Chicken Breast
    4 cups Cooked Rice
    2 cups Chopped Celery
    2 cups Chopped Carrots
    2 cups Frozen Peas
    2 cups Low-Fat Milk


Mix all ingridients together in large pot. Heat on medium heat until hot and carrots are to desired tenderness.

Serve. Makes about 8 servings.
