Mix this up in the morning before you go to work, and come home to a wonderful meal! Mix this up in the morning before you go to work, and come home to a wonderful meal!

    2 chicken breast, cubed

    Juice from 3 limes
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    4 Tblsp Soy Sauce
    4 Tblsp pickled ginger
    1 cup Fat Free Chicken Broth

    3 Tblsp corn starch


In slow cooker combine lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, ginger and broth. Add cubed chicken breasts. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Using a slotted spoon, remove chicken from juices and place in a bowl. Turn slow cooker to high. Combine 3 tblsp corn starch with 5 tblsp water. Add to slow cooker and heat until thick-about 10 mins.
Place chicken back in sauce to fully coat. Serve over Egg Noodles (Not included in nutritional value)
