Introduction

I use this in the center of fresh veggie platter--carrot sticks, celery sticks, mushrooms, cauliflower and broccoli florets. Depending on your calorie needs, you could use it with chips as well. Ingredients

    1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
    1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
    1/4 red onion,minced
    1 Tbsp paprika
    1 Tbsp dried basil

Directions

Mix cottage cheese and yogurt. Mince onions, and stir into yogurt-cottage cheese mixture. Stir in 1 Tbsp paprika and 1 Tbsp dried basil leaves. Refrigerate until ready to use in center of fresh veggie platter--I use carrot sticks, celery sticks, mushrooms, cauliflower and broccoli florets. You can also measure out 1/4 cup serving to dip your snack-bag of carrots and celery!
