    12 oz chicken (prtioned in 4 pieces)
    2 tbsp olive oil, divided
    7 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 bunch broccoli
    2 c brussel sprouts
    1 sweet potato, peeled and diced


Heat oven to 400. Combine garlic, cheese and 1 tbsp oil. Place chicken on a baking sheet and pat mixture evenly on each piece of chicken. Combine veggies in a large bowl and toss with the other tbsp of oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Put on baking sheet around chicken and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serves 4
