    rice , cherry tamatoes ,sweet and sour sauce ,diced apples ,kraft lightmayo , green olives , red sweet peppers


cook rice til very soft ,
cool rice down ,
cut up all other ingreadentsand add in the cold rice add sweet and sour sauce and the kraft mayo .
seve with or with out anything.
enjoy on a hot day
