    I chocolate protein shake (11 ounces) (30 grams protein), cold
    1 4 ounce container light yogurt such as Activa Light Vanilla Yogurt)
    3 Tablespoons of protein powder


In a blender, mix all the ingredients.
Blend very briefly - no more than 10 seconds - until the protein powder is incorporated.

Makes about 16 ounces.

Note - if you like your shakes really cold and thick, add crushed ice to the mix and blen about 30 seconds until smooth

Option: Add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee for a mocha flavor.
