    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    low fat Cheddar Cheese, 4 cup, shredded
    Flour Tortillas, 6 tortilla (approx 12" dia)
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 cup
    Beans, pinto, 1 can
    Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes with green chilies, 1 can
    Old El Paso lower sodium Taco Seasoning, 2 packages
    Old El Paso Taco Sauce Medium, 1/2 cup
    Sour Cream, .5 cup Newman's Own Bandito Salsa Pineapple, 2 Tbsp, 2 serving


brown ground beef, and add in corn, pinto beans, and tomatoes. Stir in seasoning packets.
Layer 2 tortillas in the bottom on a 9x11 inch pan. Spread with 1/2 of the meat mixture. Sprinkle with one cup of cheese. Layer 2 more tortillas, spread remaining meat mixture followed by one more cup of cheese. Add last 2 tortillas, spread with taco sauce and cover with 2 cups of cheese.

Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and golden, about 20 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine salsa and sour cream.
Top each piece with small dollop when serving.
