Ingredients

1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Tomato Garlic & Basil Marinade
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Directions
1. Mix Marinade Mix, water, oil, mustard and lemon juice in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through. **
**Since I don't have a grill, I baked them at 350 for 40 minutes. The first 25 minutes I covered the baking dish in foil. The last 15 minutes I removed the foil.
