    1 cup onion chopped
    1 tbs olive oil
    2 tbs low fat buttery spread
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise


Heat oil and spread in a pan over medium high heat. Add the onion and turn heat down to medium low. Cook until caramelized for at least 30 minutes. Remove from heat and to cool. Mix the onion with the rest of the ingredients. Chill and serve with veggies or other favorite snack.
