Ingredients

    1/2 C.CHANA DALIA
    3/4 C.WHOLE WHEAT BERRIES
    1/2 C. White Rice, long grain
    1/2 C. Peas, frozen
    1 C. Onions, raw, chopped
    1 Tsp.Salt
    1 tsp GARAM MASALA
    1 1/2 Tsp. ALEPPO PEPPER
    4 C. Water

Directions

Makes 9 1/2 cup cooked servings

In a pressure cooker, add all the ingredients except peas and put on high heat just tl pressure button locks. Turn heat down to Lo so pressure guage doesn't jiggle but pressure button still stays up for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let pressure button unlock. Add peas and stir. Let sit for 5 minutes. Serve with yogurt or any fresh cooked vegetable. I like spinach or cauliflower with mine,
