    2 pounds 93% lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 - 7 OZ canOrtega diced green chilies
    19 OZ las Palmas Green Chili enchilada sauce
    2 Cups Kraft 2% shredded cheese
    1/2 cup water


1. Brown ground beef with onion. Drain and add enchilada sauce, water and green chilis. Season to taste 2. In a round 2 quart casserole, alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce, and 1/4 cup cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes. 3. Remove and allow to stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges (Optional: garnish with sour cream not figured into nutrional value).
