    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 lb lean ground turkey
    1 onion, chopped
    2-3 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 tbsp ground cumin
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1/2 tbsp ground coriander
    3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
    1 Chipotle Chili, minced
    salt and pepper


Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Brown the turkey. While the turkey is browning add the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Let cook until the veggies start to soften. Stir in the cumin, coriander, and chili powder and chipotle. Add the chicken broth and let the mixture simmer until most of the broth has simmered away, but do not let the mixture simmer until it is bone dry. Add the cilantro at the end.
