Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 stick Blue Bonnet Light Margarine,
    2 cans Kitchen Basics - No Fat Vegetable Stock
    4 cups Water
    2 Onions (1 medium 1 small) chopped
    10 small Red Potatos, cut into quaters or half depending on size
    3 cans chopped Clams meat only
    1 lb Shrimp, raw
    1 lb Scallops, raw
    1.5 lbs Haddock (Chowder Chucks)
    2 cups Whole Milk
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Melt margarine in large stock pot on medium low heat, add chopped onions and saute until soft, add vegetable stock and water, heat through. Add potatos and simmer for 15-20 minutes, so that potatos are still abit firm. Add all seafood and reduce heat to low. Cook for another 20 minutes, then add milk (you can also use a light cream). Cook another 10 minutes and serve. Makes about 8 servings.
