    1/2 cup Rojo's Salsa
    1/2 cup Corn
    1/2 cup black beans
    4 Corn Tortillas
    1/2 of an avacado
    4 tbls Light Sour Cream


Strain salsa and drain the corn and black beans from their liquid. Mix Salsa, corn, and black beans together. Heat the tortillas in a pan or oven. Put a scoop of salsa mixture on each tortilla and top with avacao and sour cream. Makes 2 servings of 2 tacos each
