    1 lb. ground turkey
    8 oz. oven-ready lasagna noodles (9 noodles)
    2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
    2 cups ricotta cheese, part-skim
    1 cup mozzarella cheese, part-skim, shredded
    3 cups Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning (optional)
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder (optional)
    1 tsp. black pepper (optional)


In non-stick skillet, brown turkey with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pepper. Drain excess grease. In a glass baking dish, lay 3 lasagna noodles side-by-side. Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce over the noodles. Add meat. Sprinkle ΒΌ cup mozzarella cheese over meat. Add another layer of noodles. Spread ricotta cheese over noodles. Follow with cottage cheese. (If desired, can mix ricotta and cottage cheeses together in a mixing bowl and then spread.) Add final layer of noodles. Use remaining spaghetti sauce to generously cover top layer of noodles. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over sauce until entire top is covered. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 9 servings.
