Introduction

Ingredients

3 cups of strong brewed coffee
2 cups of low fat (1%) milk
1/2 cup pumpkin
2 tablespoon vanilla
pumpkiin pie spice to taste
splenda brown sugar to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together (pumpkin Pie Spice and Splenda to taste. You can use sugar instead, but will need to adjust the calories accordingly.
I put this all together early in the morning, toss in the crockpot on high until it is nice and warm.
Add whipcream to the top, if you like.
