Ingredients

    2 lbs boneless pork loin, trimmed
    2 16-oz packages potato cubes
    2 cups barbeque sauce, divided
    1 tbsp prepared mustard
    pepper to taste

Directions

Trim pork loin and cut into 1 inch cubes. Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Place potatoes in slow cooker, top with pork cubes. Combine mustard and 1 cup barbeque sauce, spoon over pork and potatoes. Cover and cook on low heat for 8-9 hours. Stir in remaining barbeque sauce, add pepper. Heat through.
