    1 eggplant, peeled and sliced 1/2 " slices crosswise
    2 TBS. worcestershire sauce
    2 TBS. steak sauce
    1 TBS. honey
    1 tsp. apple cider vinegar


Mix the sauce. Brush onto both sides of the eggplant slices. Arrange on a baking sheet. Place under broiler until golden brown (approx. 2-3 minutes). Turn over and repeat for other side. Sprinkle with cheese and place back under broiler for another minute or two, just until golden. Watch carefully, cheese can burn fast!
