Ingredients

    3 1/2 cups plain flour
    3 cups sugar
    2/3 cup water
    1 cup canned pumpkin (Libby’s)
    1 1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 cup oil
    4 eggs

Directions

Mix all ingredients and bake in loaf pans or muffin tins sprayed with PAM or lined with cupcake papers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Use toothpick to check for doneness in center. Top should be brown and crusty but not hard.
