Introduction
Yummy pumpkin dessert that can be made healthy or unhealthy. You can substitute all the oil for apple sauce and 4 egg whites instead of 2 whole eggs works just as well. I've also occasionally reduced the white sugar by up to 1/4 of a cup and it's still very yummy. Lots of fiber and pumpkin goodness. I confess I eat these for breakfast some times. Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/8 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup apple sauce
Directions
Preheat over to 350
Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk together pumpkin, eggs, vegetable oil, and applesauce in a bowl. Add to dry ingredient and mix until combined.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
