    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 14 fl oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 16 large (remove)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup (remove)
    Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
    *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Fresh sage
    salt and pepper
    ground red pepper


roast carrotts, squash and onions at 425 for 1 hour

brown bacon and garlic in pam

add veggies and spices and stock, cook for 20 mins. add warmed milk and serve

serve with 2tbsp parmesan cheese and 1tbsp walnuts
