    3 whole wheat tortillas
    1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
    1/4 cup old elpaso taco seasoning
    4 oz. water
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 can fat free refried beans
    6 tbsp. medium taco sauce
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup Kraft mexican style taco cheese
    6 Tbsp. reduced fat sour cream


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan, brown ground beef and drain. Add onions, taco seasoning, and water. Simmer for about 10 minutes. In a 9 inch pie plate, layer ingredients in desired order, beginning with tortilla and ending with cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Top with
sour cream. Makes 6 servings.
