    1 can albacore tuna in water, drained
    1 freshly made hard-boiled egg
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp light mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish


Remove egg from boiled egg while still warm. Mash in a small bowl with 2 Tbsp mayonnaise and 1 Tbsp pickle relish. Chop both egg whites and mix in along with the can of tuna.

Makes two servings.
