    1 7(4) oz can of No Salt added mushrooms
    10 oz broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tbsp lemon juice
    12 oz can light tuna in water
    ground black pepper to taste
    4 oz shredded cheese


Steam broccoli
Saute mushrooms, onion, and green pepper in olive oil and lemon juice.
add drained tuna and mix

In a small casserole dish, layer the broccoli on the bottom, half of the tuna mixture, half of the cheese, half the pepper, the other half of the tuna, the other half of the cheese, and the rest of the pepper to taste.

Bake for 40 min on 350 degrees
