Ingredients

    2 Tubes Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1 can sauerkraut, drained
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 c. fat free cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown ground beef and add sauerkraut until beef is cooked through. Add soup and stir until heated through. Press one can crescent rolls in bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread beef mixture across rolls and top with cheese. Unroll second can of rolls and spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
