    Fit & Active Three Berry Blend frozen fresh fruit
    Silk soy milk
    Fresh bananas


Put 3 cups of the berry's in a blender, peal both banana and put in the blender. Add Soy milk to desierd consistency. Eat with spoon and enjoy
