    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, diced
    Low Fat Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped
    Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove)
    Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, 3 oz
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Montreal Steak Seasoning, 1/2 tsp


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spray glass pie pan with Pam. Layer diced ham, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar, and chopped broccoli. In blender, mix 6 eggs with 3 oz cream cheese, 2 Tbsp Flax meal, and 1/2 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning. Pour gently over layered mixture in pie pan. Bake in pre-heated oven for 25-30 minutes or until done in middle. Quiche is done when a knife is inserted in the middle and comes out clean.
