    1/3 Cup finely chopped red onion
    1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
    2 15 oz cans of white beans
    11 oz chunk light tuna in water (StarKist Family Size Pouch)
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    Salt, Pepper and Dill to taste


Finely chop red onion and combine with lemon juice in a bowl

Rinse & drain 2 cans of white beans and add to onion

Flake tuna into bowl

Add 2 Tbsp Olive Oil and stir to combine.

Season with salt, pepper, and dill to taste

Makes four 1 Cup servings
