Ingredients

    2 chicken sausages any flavor, 1 small onion, 1/2 green pepper, 2-3 small potatoes

Directions

Cut potatoes into wedges. Microwave to soften. Add to pan with cooking spray. Also add sausage, whole or cut up. When potatoes and sausage are almost done, add onion and green pepper. Sautee until soft. Serve! (You can add other peppers, red, yellow or more green if you like)
