Number of Servings: 4


    Reduced sodium chicken broth, 32 oz ( I used Progresso)
    Shiitake Mushrooms, 90 grams(3.2 oz package)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tsp
    Shiritaki noodles, 4 serving(Tofu noodle found in refrigerated section of vegetarian products)


Mix all ingredients in a 2 qt pan heat to boiling over medium heat. Boil three minutes
Heat Shiritaki Noodles as package directs then add to pan. Simmer two or three minutes stirring occasionally.
