    2 medium yellow squash, sliced
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bag frozen sweet corn
    1 can diced tomatoes, drained
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Layer zucchini and squash in 9x13 pan.
Saute peppers and onion then place in pan.
Add can of tomatoes and bag of corn to pan.
Layer cheese over vegetables.
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Place pan in oven and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve with your favorite grilled meat for a healthy and complete meal.
