Number of Servings: 24


    1 (14.5oz can) diced tomatoes drained and divided
    1 (16oz can) black beans
    1 (16 oz can) fat free refried beans rinsed and drained
    1 (16 oz can) low sodium pinto beans rinsed and drained
    1/2 tsp hot sauce
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
    1 (4.5 oz can) chopped green chiles
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Combine 1 cup of tomatoes with the next 7 ingredients. Pour mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining tomatoes.
Yeild: 6 cups, serving size is 1/4 cup
