    1 pounds ground beef
    1/2 onion
    1/2 cup brown minute rice
    1/2 cup splenda
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 egg (beaten)
    salt and pepper to taste


Combine beef, egg and onion in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined.

In a pot, put cans of tomato soup and sugar. Add salt and pepper. Take 1/2 cup of this sauce mixture and add it to meat mixture. Mix in thoroughly. Fill one of the tomato sauce cans half way full with water. Use this to rince any "extra" sauce that is left in the can then add to sauce mixture.

Form ball with meat mixture and add to sauce. Cook, covered over medium heat. Once it starts to boil, turn down head so it simmers for 20 minutes. Take lid off and let simmer for another 20 mintues.
