    4 potatoes
    3 leeks
    3 celery stalks
    1/2 oninon
    1 cup carrots
    4 cups chicken broth
    3 cups water
    1 tbs garlic salt


Mix water and chicken broth in a casserole. After boiling, put in potatoes. After 5 minutes, put in celery, carrots and onion. After another 10 minutes, put in leeks. Cook for about 30 minutes in total. Then put everything in the food processor until no chucks visible. Texture should be pretty soft. Put everything in casserole again and cook another 10 minutes. Add in salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Makes about 7 servings of 1 1/3 cups.
