    Reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1 can low fat sweetened condensed milk
    4 egg yolks


Combine eggs and milk with a hand mixer, then slowly add in lime juice. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
