    1 medium onion, diced
    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 can sweet corn
    1 can sweet peas
    1 cup lowfat sour cream
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    5 cups frozen hash browns or tater tots
    1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 350.

Brown turkey burger and onion, season with salt and pepper (garlic if desired). Drain and place in bottom of 9x13 pan.

Pour canned veggies on top, sprinkle with all but a sprinkling of the cheese.

Mix sour cream and soup together with 3 cups of the THAWED potatoes. Spread on top of veggies.

Arrange the rest of the THAWED potatoes on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes.
