Ingredients

    2 T canola oil
    1 large onion - chopped
    2 celery stalks - chopped
    1/2 cup uncooked quick cooking barley
    1 carrot - chopped
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 T chili powder
    1/2 t salt
    1/4 t pepper
    2 cans (15 oz each) Great northern beans, rinsed an drained

    Makes approximately 9 - 1 cup servings

Directions

Heat oil.
Cook onion, celery, and carrot 5 mintues.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover.
Simmer 40 mintues.
