Ingredients

    Barilla Whole Grain Pasta - 0.65 cup dry, 4 serving (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, strips or slices (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Neufchatel Cheese, 1 oz (remove)
    Crushed Tomatoes, 100 grams (remove)

Directions

Boil pasta and keep aside.
Heat oil. Add sliced onions and garlic and saute until brown. Add sliced carrots and bell pepper and saute for a few min on medium high heat. Add crushed tomatoes and cheese. Add pepper and curry powder. now mix in the boiled pasta
