Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cup Fresh chopped brocolli
    1 cup Cooked Spagetti Squash (see below)
    1 cup fresh mushrooms

    8 oz of fresh shrimp
    4 oz of turkey (use chicken or pork as well)

    4 tbsp feta cheese
    2 tbsp of butter
    1 cups of Vanilla Soy Slender
    4 tbsp of heavy whipping cream

    1 tbsp of parsley
    2 tsp of pepper
    1 tsp of granulated garlic
    1 tsp of paprika

Directions

Per serving carb 6.1

Spagetti squash preparation 15-20 minutes

1. Take a fresh spagetti squash and cut in half.
2. Remove seeds and strings from center of squash. Refridgerate rest of squash.
3. Put a paper napkin on top of the squash and cook in the microwave for 15 minutes. Check after 15 and you should be able to use a fork and
scrap the spagetti (pasta) from the body of the squash. Remove from microwave and measure 1 cup and set aside.

Feta Alfredo Sauce 5 -10 minutes

1. Add whipping cream and soy milk and in pan
and bring to low bowl.
2. Add the feta and mix well with whip. The cream
should start to thicken a bit. Turn off heat and set aside.

Main dish 20
1. While the squash is cooking add the 2 tbsp of
butter to skillet and cook the brocolli, mushrooms for 5-10 minutes covered with a lids.
2. Add shrimp and cooked turkey and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add all seasoning and squash and mix well.
4. Pour feta sauce over the veggies and meat and mix well. Simmer for about 2-5 minutes.
