    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    1 pkg shredded carrots
    1 large can of low sodium stewed tomatoes
    1 small can of diced tomatoes
    1 lb of ground turkey
    1 can of kidney beans
    1 can of great northern/pinto beans
    1 pkg chili spice mix


Brown Turkey in chili pan. Add spice mix. Add peppers, carrots and tomatoes. Cook for 50 minutes. Add beans and simmer for 10 minutes more. Good with Turkey dogs and/or topped with lowfat cheese
