Ingredients

    * 1 tablespoon butter, melted
    * 1 tbsp egg substitute
    * 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze
    * 1/4 cup shredded tart apple
    * 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    * 1 tbsp whole-wheat flour
    * 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    * 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    * 3/4 teaspoon splenda

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine butter, egg, milk and apple. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar. Stir flour mixture into apple mixture, just until combined.
2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
