Very healthy treat with no flour, sugar or fat added. Very healthy treat with no flour, sugar or fat added.
Number of Servings: 12


    1 Egg
    1 cup All Natural Peanut Butter
    1/2 cup Splenda


Preheat oven to 350f

Mix all ingrediants thoroughly.

Roll into about 12 balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten using traditional criss-cross pattern with fork. I like to add a single peanut on top for decoration. Bake for 8 minutes if you want soft cookie or longer for a crispier cookie.

Let cool on rack.

  • I just made these today and they are OK. I got 15 cookies using a 1 TBSP plastic measuring spoon. The cookies are a little bitter from all the Splenda and very crumbly. They almost fall apart when you touch them. - 12/6/08

  • Be careful... I believe the calories listed on this recipe are wrong. I calculate it to 146 calories per cookie. - 11/18/08

    You are totally right. I realized that I had input tblsp. instead of cup. I am watching my carbs so I think it is still pretty healthy. Thanks for the heads up though.
